All prices at Primeboots online store within EU includes 25% Swedish VAT. If you are under 18 years of ages, you need your guardian ́s permission to order from us. Primeboots reserv the right for printing errors, price adjustments, price errors and color deviations in the products presented at primeboots.com. Primeboots is striving to ensure that the pictures presented on our online store are as representative as possible and that they confirm with reality. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Primeboots reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicion of fraud.
Orders and confirmation
When approving Primeboots terms and conditions, and placing your order, you enter a binding agreement. After placing your order an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you registered in the checkout. The order confirmation contains your order number, details of purchased product, payment and delivery details. Kindly contact Primeboots customer service if there is anything incorrect on the order confirmation.
This order confirmation also works as a warranty certificate upon full payment. Primeboots makes reservation for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order placement. You can place your order at Primeboots online store 24/7. The order will be handled as soon as possible and the parcel normally dispatches the next ordinary business day after order placement.
Payment and refunds
Payments at Primeboots will be handeled by Klarna. They offer payments via bank/credit card, invoice and/or installment. All refunds are made through Klarna. For any questions regarding your payment or refund with Klarna, please contact Klarna at: +46 8 120 120 10

Delivery and returns
All orders that are sent outside Sweden are shipped using UPS. Please note that UPS requires a signature when leaving the parcel, the couriers usually operate between 8am-7pm. we recommend, if possible, using the delivery address where you are during the day, for example your work address for delivery. All international orders are delivered to your chosen address by UPS, if the delivery is unsuccessful your parcel will be sent to a delivery point for pick up by you. The parcel must be picked up within 14 days of notification. For all non-collected parcels a 30 Euro/300 SEK fee will be debited, 14 days after notification. This fee covers the costs that Primeboots incur for sending and returning the parcel with your order.
The order will be delivered with UPS standard.
Orders shipped within Europe are 1-4 days and remaining part of the world you can expect delivery between 3-6 days. All shipments are for free. Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak periods (e.g sale, holidays and new releases) and the processing of your order may then take longer than usual.
When making a purchase from primeboots.com you always have 14 days right of withdrawal. The 14-day period starts on the day that you receive your order. You are entitled to return your order free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order. Primeboots accept returns provided that:
- The product have not been worn, altered or washed.
- The product and its packaging is in the same state, condition and quantity as when you received it.
- Labels are intact and the product sealed in its original packing.
If these conditions are not met, we can unfortunately not accept your return and the product will be sent back to you on your cost. If the return is accepted a refund will be made.
When returning your product kindly contact our customer service and you will be provided with an UPS return shipping label and an electronic proforma invoice. Complete the return form and place inside the box. schedule a pickup through ups.com or leave the parcel at the nearest UPS access point. Please retain a copy of your return receipt from UPS in case anything should happen during the return process. Any shipping cost paid will not be refunded.
Made to order - special orders
Kindly contact our customer service at email@example.com to get information regarding made to order articles, delivery weeks and help with placing an order. Once the order has been placed the factory will start to manufacture the order. When the order is ready to be shipped an e-mail will be sent. Advanced payment applies.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on the made to order footwear.
If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing a product, please contact our customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +46 10 13 80 300.
Please note that normal wear and tear do not constitute a faulty product. You as customer should notify Primeboots within reasonable time from purchase if the product is faulty.

In order to fulfill our obligations to our customers we collect and process the following personal data:
We collect the name, address and telephone number in order to handle the delivery to customer, also for returns or claims. These data are stored in specially secured and continuously monitored e- commerce systems and business systems located on servers within eu that comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Backups are taken on these data continuously and can in encrypted form, be transferred for a limited time to countries outside the EU if that country meets the conditions set by the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Furthermore, some of these data may be transferred to Schenker or UPS in order for them to be able to deliver the shipment to the customer. When the information is no longer needed to fulfill our obligations to you, they are deleted or anonymized in our system and backups.
Payment data that the customer provide for completing a purchase is never stored in our systems, but is transferred directly to Klarna where they are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
IP numbers are saved for your security in connection with purchases in logs in a safe place to make it easier for the police in case of a crime such as fraud or hacking. The logs are deleted continuously when thet are no longer necessary.
Session ID is stored in the form of a cookie on your computer and temporarily in our systems as long as the customer visit with us is ongoing and used to identify the customers shipping cart on site and link it the customer during the purchase process. This ID is temporary and is deleted in our systems when the visit has ended.
When the customer choose to subscribe to Primeboots newsletter, we collect and save the following personal data:
These data are transferred in encrypted form to the Mailchimp service which we use to send out our newsletter. Mailchimp is a US service but meets the conditions of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer can cancel the subscription at any time and the personal data will be deleted both in Primeboots system and in the Mailchimps system immediately.
If the customer choose to set up a customer account at Primeboots, we collect and save the following data:
These are stored in our system as long as the customer choose to keep the customer account.
We also document all communication that we have with the customer via e-mail, in order to provide the service that is expected from Primeboots. The customer can at any time request a registry extract about which personal data Primeboots have saved about the customer by contacting our customer service at email@example.com. Should any information be incorrect the customer can request for this to be changed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the customers browser is set to not accept cookies, the customer will not be able to place an order on primeboots.com. The customer can easily change this during settings in the browser. Please note that Primeboots do not use cookie to save personal information about the customer visiting primeboots.com.
