Primeboots strives to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Your order will be processed when the transaction is complete. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking information for your parcel. Dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. However, primeboots  can not be held liable for any delay that we are not accountable for.

 

Delivery and shipping

Sweden delivery time approximately 2-3 business days. Free delivery on all orders over 150€ standard delivery charge 6 euro

Europe: ups delivery time approximately 3-5 business days. Free delivery on all orders over 150€ standard delivery charge 12 euro

US: ups delivery time approximately 3-5 business days. Free delivery on all orders over 150€ standard delivery charge 20 euro

Rest of the world: ups delivery time approximately 4-6 business days.  Free delivery on all orders over 150€ standard delivery charge 20 euro

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or by the freight company. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Please note that any extra taxes and/or duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates

Shipping will be handled by UPS.

The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since the couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at the specified address at the time of delivery.

If you’re not present packages will be sent to your closest UPS, access point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. The package will be available at the access point for 10 days before it gets returned.

Shipping information

Each purchase is insured by Primeboots during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. Signature upon delivery is required for all orders. The responsibility passes to you when the delivery is signed.

Insurance

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you may request to do so within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Primeboots products must be returned in perfect condition. Products cannot have been used, worn and/or washed. Please make sure all of the products are returned exactly as you received them. This indicates that the products must be in original packing with the seal and label fully intact. Primeboots will only accept return items that are in this pristine condition. Primeboots will not compensate for any return packages lost in shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur, when returning the products, are the customer´s responsibility.

Please send us an email at order@primeboots.com with your order information, and that you request a refund or seek to exchange your purchase. Please include the order number of the transaction with your request. You may wish to keep a copy of your return/exchange request for your own records.

When returning a product, the return slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Please send returns/exchanges to the following address:

Primeboots will refund the full amount of the returned products within 30 business days after receiving the items. All refunds will be applied to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. Any additional duties, taxes and/or charges you may have incurred will not be refunded by Primeboots.
