Please read the following terms and conditions before using the PRIMEBOOTS website. Henceforth, PRIEMBOOOTS may be referred to as “us”, “we” and “the website”. By accessing, as well as, using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Magniberg reserves the right to alter, and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It’s the user´s responsibility to keep themselves updated with eventual changes. The date of this update can be found in the final section of these terms and conditions.
PRIMEBOOTS reserves the rights to change the prices, and/or the delivery costs shown on the website. By placing an order on the website, you are making an offer towards us to purchase the items you have selected under these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer, at our discretion. If any pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel any order that has been sold at an incorrect price.
Disclaimer
PRIMEBOOTS will make our best efforts to describe the products, in text and image, as accurate as possible. However, any such information may contain errors, and/or be incorrect. Please note that due to the settings, and/or capabilities of your display; the colours shown on the website can differ from their actual colour. PRIEMBOOTS cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies.
Exchanges, return and refunds
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you may request to do so within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Primeboots products must be returned in perfect condition. Products cannot have been used, worn and/or washed. Please make sure all of the products are returned exactly as you received them. This indicates that the products must be in original packing with the seal and label fully intact. Primeboots will only accept return items that are in this pristine condition. Primeboots will not compensate for any return packages lost in shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur, when returning the products, are the customer´s responsibility.
Please send us an email at order@primeboots.com with your order information, and that you request a refund or seek to exchange your purchase. Please include the order number of the transaction with your request. You may wish to keep a copy of your return/exchange request for your own records.
When returning a product, the return slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Please send returns/exchanges to the following address:

Primeboots will refund the full amount of the returned products within 30 business days after receiving the items. All refunds will be applied to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. Any additional duties, taxes and/or charges you may have incurred will not be refunded by Primeboots.
Defective products
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (2022: 260) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify Primeboots within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please send the notification to order@primeboots.com
Please always describe why you consider the product to be defective and please remember to refer to your order number. If Primeboots consider the products to be defective, Primeboots will make a full refund including shipping charges. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (2022: 260).
When returning the product please follow the steps described above under section Exchanges, return and refunds.
